Peruvian Chef Rafael Perez has throughout his career worked in many international renown kitchens, such as executive chef “The Restaurant” at little palm island, “The Setai” South Beach, “The Veranda” Turnberry Isle, mandarin oriental in Aventura Miami, Executive Chef and Partner of the “Zrestaurant Group” managing 5 of the most successful restaurants in Ecuador, receiving the recognized title of Grand Chef for the most important guide of hotels and restaurants in Europe, Relais & Chateaux (Relaischateaux.com) being the third Latin American chef to receive this title.
